Posture Conditions
The posture deviations our scan looks for — each explained with the muscles involved and a corrective plan. Educational, not a diagnosis.
12 conditions
Forward Head Posture
The head sits in front of the shoulders instead of stacked over them — common with desk and phone use.
Rounded Shoulders
The shoulders roll forward off the plumb line, usually paired with a tight chest and a long upper back.
Head Tilt
The head is side-bent toward one shoulder, tilting the eye/ear line off horizontal.
Head Rotation
The head is habitually turned to one side rather than facing straight ahead.
Chin-Up / Chin-Down (Cervical Tilt)
The chin is habitually lifted (extension) or tucked down rather than level.
Uneven Shoulders
One shoulder sits higher than the other when standing relaxed.
Uneven Hips
One hip sits higher than the other, tilting the pelvis side-to-side.
Trunk Shift (Lateral List)
The upper body is shifted sideways relative to the pelvis.
Trunk Lean
The whole torso is inclined forward (or back) of vertical in side view.
Standing Knee Bend
The knees stay slightly bent at rest instead of reaching comfortable full extension.
Knee Valgus / Varus
The knees cave inward (valgus) or bow outward (varus) relative to the hip–ankle line.
Bent Elbow (Resting Flexion)
One or both elbows rest noticeably bent instead of hanging near-straight.
