About Body & Balance Studio
Body & Balance Studio helps you see your standing posture from photos and gives you a clear, evidence-informed plan to improve it.
Our approach
Posture is a pattern, not a verdict. Our scanner measures alignment from four standing photos using an on-device pose model, then maps what it observes to corrective exercises drawn from established physiotherapy and posture texts. Everything runs in your browser β your photos never leave your device.
We frame this as wellness education, not medical diagnosis. For pain, injury, or any medical concern, please see a qualified clinician.
Our sources
Our deviation definitions, muscle maps, range-of-motion norms, and corrective logic are distilled from the clinical literature below.
