How to do it
- Place the strap around the feet.
- Hold the other end with your hands.
- Gently pull down, stretching the back of the legs.
- Lift one leg off the floor gently.
- Hold for 15 seconds and switch legs.
Form cues
- Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β use whichever you have.
