Hamstring Stretch, One Leg demonstration

How to do it

  1. Place the strap around the feet.
  2. Hold the other end with your hands.
  3. Gently pull down, stretching the back of the legs.
  4. Lift one leg off the floor gently.
  5. Hold for 15 seconds and switch legs.

Form cues

  • Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β€” use whichever you have.

Dosage

  • Hold 15 s per side
