How to do it
- Sit straight up in a chair.
- Loop one leg through the strap.
- Place the other leg down with pointed toes and leg slightly bent.
- Slowly and gently pull your leg up.
- Hold 10 seconds.
- Repeat on the other side.

- Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β use whichever you have.
