Chair Lift demonstration

How to do it

  1. Sit straight up in a chair.
  2. Loop one leg through the strap.
  3. Place the other leg down with pointed toes and leg slightly bent.
  4. Slowly and gently pull your leg up.
  5. Hold 10 seconds.
  6. Repeat on the other side.

Form cues

  • Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β€” use whichever you have.

Dosage

  • Hold 10 s per side
