How to do it
- Loop a strap around your left foot with the knee bent.
- Take the other end of the strap over your right shoulder.
- Gently pull with your right hand to draw the heel toward your glute, stretching the front of the thigh.
- Keep your hips level and your torso upright.
Form cues
- Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β use whichever you have.
Dosage
- Hold 20β30 s
- relax
- repeat 2Γ per side
