Quadricep Stretch demonstration

How to do it

  1. Loop a strap around your left foot with the knee bent.
  2. Take the other end of the strap over your right shoulder.
  3. Gently pull with your right hand to draw the heel toward your glute, stretching the front of the thigh.
  4. Keep your hips level and your torso upright.

Form cues

  • Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β€” use whichever you have.

Dosage

  • Hold 20–30 s
  • relax
  • repeat 2Γ— per side
