Balancing Standing Quadriceps Stretch

How to do it
- Set up the standing quadriceps stretch: a strap around the top of your right foot and over your right shoulder, right knee bent, resting a hand on the wall.
- Push away from the wall to balance without support.
- Hold 20 s, focusing on the muscles being stretched.
- Return and repeat twice per side.

- Equipment: a gymnastic strength band, yoga strap, or resistance band all work β use whichever you have.
