How to do it
- Sit with your leg straight and relaxed.
- Place your fingers or a ball just above your kneecap, on the soft pouch of tissue.
- Gently press and glide the tissue up, down, and side to side to restore mobility around the kneecap.
Form cues
- Apply gentle pressure just above the kneecap; don't press directly on the patella.
- Keep the thigh relaxed and move slowly.
- Ease off if the pressure is sharp or painful.
